In a round led by PayPal Ventures, Magic Labs, Inc. received $52M in equity funding. Launched in 2018, Magic is a SaaS platform that enables end-to-end web3 onboarding services. According to Magic, the latest investment has increased their total raised capital to more than $80 million.
+ Digibee Raises $60M in Series B Funding
Digibee is a provider of cloud migration and collaborative integration for retail and manufacturing industries. With current operations in the United States and in Latin American countries, Digibee plans to use the capital raised to expand internationally. Goldman Sachs Asset Management led the $60M funding round and was joined by Leadwind and Vivo Ventures.

With the goal of driving clinical development of their core products, Lynk Pharmaceuticals raised $28.2M in a Series C funding round. The China-based pharmaceuticals leader researches and develops small molecule FIC and BIC drugs for oncology and autoimmune diseases. Lynk Pharmaceuticals was founded in 2018 by senior experts from Pfizer, Merck, and Johnson & Johnson.

Founded in 2021, Violet Therapeutics, Inc. is a private company that identifies cell-to-cell interaction mechanisms. The company raised $10.6M in seed funding. The funding round was led by the Dementia Discovery Fund (DDF) and co-led by the University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners (UTEC), Mass General Brigham Ventures (MGBV) and Ono Venture Investment.

Chile-based industrial technology company Ceibo raised $30M in Series B funding. The company that specializes in copper extraction plans to use the funds to scale up its proprietary technology, drive on-site trials and prove the technology’s value and versatility.
